Ford and UAW are on track to pay $40/hr plus a string of other benefits to anyone that can physically do the job and piss in a cup. On the other hand I have to go to 4 years of engineering school and HOPE that a position becomes available to make the same if not less? I’ll happily press a couple buttons and or use an impact gun on a couple bolts for almost 80k/yr before overtime and avoid all the BS known as college. When did the push for higher education stop?
