Arts education Nonprofit has burned through more employees than I can count since I started. CEO doesn't listen to feedback, only gave 2% cola raises over the past 2 years. My good manager left 2 weeks ago now I'm out. I have been to schools to recruit. 8 have done graphic design for flyers and ads, I taught classes, I setup and planned events, for nothing. For nothing. Now I am leaving.
