Whenever we clap and give someone their flowers for being in education for 35+ years, I feel bad for them. That’s way too long working in the schools. I met a coworker that has been working in special education for 45 years.. I’m just trying to make it to 10. I don’t think the continuing trend will be people staying this long. Can you imagine staying in one industry this long or are you a job hopper ?
