To whom this may concern; I filed a charge with my local EEOC office and as of yesterday, I have not been assigned an investigator yet. I am aware of the 180-day deadline for the EEOC to fully investigate my charge. My local EEOC office stated that this not always the case. Should I escalate this to the federal office?
