Employer “playing god” with the A/C

But if background, I do most of the QC (quality control) for an AV and IT rental company. Now I’m not AV “expert” (as in I haven’t been doing this for 30 plus years like some) but I know my shit well enough. Anyway shortly after I got hired but this company we expanded. Bought some extra space and knocked down a wall and just took over more space in our warehouse. The new space has AC in it and it’s where I do most of my QC work. Now projectors give off a lot of heat and require a steady stream Of cool fresh air going into them so they don’t overheat and fry components. Ideally you’d not want these projectors running in temps above 85 degrees. Tell me why for the last month and a half the room was 85 fucking degrees while it’s 95 outsider with air…

Finally got it fixed the other day and I set it to 72 and the GM turned it to 75 and locked the thermostat so only he can control it from his phone. What do you all think of this?
