For starters, I live in an at-will state(Maine), and I left my w2 paperwork in the break room which has my yearly salary. He told me not to leave it there, and in our employee handbook it says not to discuss pay, I just want to know my course of action and what options I have since I know it’s federally my right to discuss pay.
