Hey I don’t know If I’m doing this right, but recently I quit my job for a couple of disclosed reasons. During my job I had to do ServSafe training, after I passed the test my boss paid me for doing the 10 hour long course. Fast forward 4 months and I quit my job there. My boss told me that if I quit she’ll make me pay for the course and I said that’s fine, but now I got a letter from here when I got my last pay cheque stating “Since you already paid taxes on said pay, I’m not asking to be reimbursed, currently.” Is there anything that she can legally do to make me repay her? Thanks.
