This is a follow up post to the original post. They were originally withholding my pay over them not receiving my timesheets and I got that all sorted by scanning my employee copies that I hold on… for this pay period I know they received my timesheets so they can pay me and they’re ghosting me on where my pay is. I don’t know what to do. I want to go up there and cause a scene regarding where my pay is but my better judgement is telling me not to do it given they’ll call the police on me. I want to contact our states Department of Labor if that’s an option on receiving my pay.
