a few days ago I’ve had a mental health crisis which has led me to having to miss work the next few days. i currently have 2 employers and the way they have both responded to me has been interesting. despite presenting my medical note one of them responded with “I have to find a replacement now but feel better” and the other has told me to contact HR. i’m disappointed with their responses but honestly not surprised.
