My employer threatened to fire me, making up lies, taking 1 thing I ve been doing recently and make it appear ,in a mail, as if I've been doing it for a year but that's a lie.
Taking advantage of a little sentence in contract, which was supposed to be removed but he put it back in the new contract. Making me doing the job of another person while my own work is not coming. I've asked for them to give it to me but they won't.
This phrase means I can help in other tasks as long as it's MINOR. But that's not “a little”
Been doing it since about the end of March/start April 2023. He said I have to do it til minimum end of August.
Threaten to report to the client who pays me that I refuse to do it (I never said I refuse to do it right now, I refuse to do it full time and long term and that's what is happening right now). And that if he does that, the client will tell him to fire me. In other words, him firing me. Dunno why he says the excuse of the client paying me, I'm hired as his employee and the client pays the bill that is my wage.
Anyway, he is a big manipulator, a liar, I'm disgusted I trusted him , he was all about trust but here stabbing me in the back, making me look like I am at fault 100%.
So to protect myself, I'm gonna talk to someone related to well being of employee and see what they can do ,what I should do to protect myself in case of being fired because I DONT WANT TO DO FULL TIME LONG TERM JOB OF ANOTHER PERSON. He exploits my skills to make me work as a replacement. But no one else is doing MY job and he's wondering why the projects aren't progressing.

Secretary being an asshole she just got assigned as a “trusting” referee. But she's not reliable and didn't even read properly the rules she has just received. Doing whatever she wants. She is supposed to keep Profesional secret, interfere ONLY if I say to her she can
But she is all threatening too, telling me “QUIT NOW why you doing this, imma call him, talk to him now or quit, im in charge of everything, anything you tell me I will report to employer. Because its written in the rules i received today”
She IS really insane. She is not my boss, she's forcing me to quit my job while there are LEGAL STEPS TO TAKE to use my rights as an employee.
She needs to be slapped or something. She's barely here since April and she's become almighty today because of that. And especially, she's messed up everything. Now idk if she has revealed my plans. She has disrespected my rights because “she's the ruler here” omg. Read the fucking rules ,it's written if I ask you OR counselor outside.
I only asked if she knew the contact info of a doctor to contact them. She asked why and that's how she ended up getting crazy and I argued with her. I even read the rules after , she couldn't and can't do what she did and say. She kept saying “of course i didnt read that I was doing something else”
She's being sarcastic but are you serious girl? It's written here so shut up. Of course I didn't say that but I told her, she CANNOT REPORT TO EMPLOYER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. But shes licking ass of boss and idk if she has reported it or not
I called the organization for well being of employee again, telling them what the secretary said and that i have no clue if she has revealed all or she will.
I cried because I was so fed up, too much too handle.
Basically I just wanted to find a professional to talk about my situation with my manipulator liar of employer.
Now I have to deal with the new secretary who's making a mess and creates problems and might make me fire because she just cannot shut up and read the fucking rules properly. I wish she could be fired for being not professional and violating the professional secret and my rights.
Fortunately I work from home 2d/week but on Thursday gotta see her disgusting face again, and also the boss'
I thought she was nice at first. But she's faking nice. And licking the boss'ass
Who went through this? How did you handle it ? I'm now waiting for the call of the person I will informally tell about my situation
