Evaluating whether I want to stay at new job

I started a clerical healthcare job about a month ago, and I’m not sure I want to stay there. Though we are told to take our breaks, my coworkers all don’t take breaks, skip lunch, and clock out but continue working at the end of their shifts. I don’t want to do that. I take my breaks, and when I clock out I leave work behind me. There is a weird vibe I can’t put my finger on. People are curt and look miserable. They constantly bitch about how “other people” don’t know how to do their jobs and absolutely lose their shit whenever anyone makes a tiny mistake.

There is a new manager who got hired right before me who is very driven and has an aggressive, drill sergeant vibe. Because I’m the newest person I’m basically her project and I don’t really like it. She alternately ignores me and micromanages me.

I know all workplaces have their shit and it’s always hard adjusting to a new place, but I’m too old for some of this stuff. I’m in my 40s and I have a life outside work.
