It’s wild to me they can’t understand that wages are not what they used to be. Offering me 70K to be in the office (in Chicago out of all places) is an outright slap in the face. I come home each month with a take home pay of roughly 3500 each month, rent is nearly half of that, factor in car insurance + price of food, groceries and gas? Absolutely insulting
