We've had multiple announcements of people getting promoted in my department this past month. I admit I feel a twinge of jealousy. But then I remember: I've been here decades. I get good reviews. My 401K balance is higher than most coworkers. And my job title is at the lowest level in my team. So I'm mostly stress free because I'm only responsible for my own work. Also….. TGIF!
