I started a new job with no guarantee for contract renewal and feel I am facing the following obstacles: denied HR accommodation, people older and younger than me in higher paying positions, harassed by a old white male for wearing a mask outside, and unable to make time for the job interviews i want to go to.
I am angry at the layoff from months ago that caused irreparable damage to my income and my direction towards my career. I feel lost and hopeless. Does anyone feel the same way? I am 2 years away from 30 and feel the only best job I had was during Covid-19 lockdown.
