excessive job requirements

Hey guys maybe this post has been done before but I just wanted to share my past experience working and searching for jobs, would also like to hear what have you seen or experiencenced. About 3 years ago I graduated with my Associates Degree in Computer Science, I worked as an unpaid intern for a year(yes I do regret it) then accepted a job at the company starting at 16hr (I do regret this as well) Now I am in a better place truly , better pay, benefits the whole package they are even paying for me to continue my education of course as long as I work a couple years. I am still friends with some of the management at the old place and now they tell me they only hire people with a bachelor's degree starting at 18hr I mean that's just insane, And the fact that college…
