I’ll make it short, I need advice on how to handle “exit interview with my CEO (it’s not an exit interview per se but rather he’s going to call me to talk).
I handed in my resignation earlier this week from a job I’ve been at for 3 and a half years. I do OPs, legal, sales and whatever else they can think of and I know work wise they want to keep me because well, mules are great to have.
I’m quitting specifically because I’m done killing myself for the CEO who is legit the worst person I’ve ever met. Lots of things have happened in the 3 or so years but I reached my breaking point in February and finally got a new job now.
Do I tell him why in detail or do I just refuse to engage?
Tbh he won’t listen and he won’t take any feedback seriously and he also straight up just does not like me. But I’m wondering if it’s worth at least trying to give him a reality check.
