Experiences with class action lawsuit in CO,

Hi, I was workin for a Park Hyatt and recently got fired. Now, I got fired for at least a semi legit reason, so that one is me. However, they wouldn't have fired me if I didn't have a past offense which is total bs. Of course the HR made sure that there is no evidence of their wrong doing, and pinned everything on me. Now, I understand the evidence is making me look like i was a bad worker and have personality issues that are not Park Hyatt values lmao. May be, but then again in my 2 months working there I witnessed sexual harrasment (the manager only took a 'vacation' after the scandal, but is now still working there, while the girl and her boyfriend have been moved), constant disrespect (comparing foreigners to patients in a hospital, calling them stupid idiots, lying to and about them…), racism and…

Because I think that the evidence is in their favor against me, I don't think i should sue, but I wholeheartedly believe that at least 90% of people there have a story about how they or their colleagues were misstreated. Do you think we as a collective have a chance? Do you think we should make a public statement exposing them as a company that is protecting sexual harrasment and racism so at least maybe social media can bring awareness to people who are thinking about working there? Do you think a pro bono lawyer would pick up the case? Or if there is a way to pay him if/when we win?
