My hours are supposed to be 9-6 (1 hr break) but my employer keeps extending my break by 30 min or an extra hour so that I can stay later. Can I refuse to take the extended break so that I can go home at a normal hour. I’m tired of being here for 10 hours a day and not getting paid overtime.
