I’m playing around with an idea to help improve transparency in workplace wellness for employees, specifically in small and medium sized businesses. I’m envisioning a tool that allows employees to voice how they’re doing physically, emotionally and intellectually (can be done anonymously) and gives managers a view of how the team is doing/if they need to change their management process. It would also gives employees the ability to see how they’ve been doing overtime.
I’ve seen a lot of issues of burnout with friends and family at work so this issue is close to home and I want to throw my time/energy at this problem.
Looking for reactions to this idea:
1. Is this something you believe would help your team’s culture?
2. Is this something you would feel comfortable using?
3. Do you believe your manager would want to use a tool like this?
