Feel like quitting my new job over text

I’ve been here this past few weeks. I like learning about the job itself, however the company has a lack of communication, my first week of training I’ve had to figure out everything in the company by myself (the office training, and some field work). It’s a service technician role and I hate being up early to drive somewhere far, it’d be a burden to be late with service calls because I’m lazy and traffic here sucks. You have to be calculated on these routes. Lastly, the industry I’m in is like a pyramid scheme and is very volatile to get cut hours or laid off if there is no sales and poor management. I’ve never met my manager in person, or knows if he’s even based at this location. We just have a warehouse and I think texting him is the fastest way to communicate. I feel like quitting…

I’ve never met my manager in person, or knows if he’s even based at this location. We just have a warehouse and I think texting him is the fastest way to communicate. I feel like quitting either today after this shift or by the end of the week. I already have my side hustle ready if I needed extra money anyways.
