Feeling forced out of Job. Iam 66 and would like to work two more years but went from an Excell on a review two years ago then now on a PIP. Iam feeling forced out. Iam being asked to fill out the form that says Voluntary Resignation retirement form. One I don't want to fill this form out. Would a simple letter to HR stating I will be leaving as of x/xx/xx suffice?
