I work in IT at an MSP. If you don't know, MSPs are basically sweat shops for IT techs. It's good experience for new workers but a lot of work and stress and high turn over rate.
Anyway, a year in and no raise and I'm feeling pretty lazy to finish tasks or try as hard. Well lazy isn't the right word. Unmotivated. I've learned enough to put stuff on my resume for a higher paying job. Plus I'm mentoring a new worker who is replacing another one who got laid off. So I let him do the work since he's getting paid $10 more than me! He's the owner's nephew
