Everytime you get paycheck and immediately feels so overwhelming like just seems confidence drops on the floor, you feel like you're working so hard often begging for hours but management treats you like a nobody. Their mentality is only to make the company make a profit. When you don't have enough money, self worth automatically goes down. You start to become careless and like don't seem to feel internally happy. I understand it's important to keep the flow of money running but when things aren't going right, you start to feel very hopeless about future ahead. Constantly applying for more jobs with better pay.
