Fighting tooth and nail for the bare minimum

For a TV job as a runner, although I am 26 and not new to the industry, and a runner isn't truly an 'entry level' job anyway. This is following a phone conversation where I was told the rate of 110 for a 12 hour day, and quickly (but politely) pointed out that I wouldn't work for less than minimum wage. The response before this email was to propose the same rate but for a 10 hour day, it didn't take long to do the maths and figure out this is still less than the bare minimum…
