Filed a report against old employer for unpaid wages

I made a post earlier. I filed the complaint that night. My old employer was paying all of my overtime as cash under the table. No time and a half no tips. So I was getting 18 an hour in cash. 60 hour weeks for 8/9 months. I left and found out they were giving other employees overtime for real paychecks. I didn’t have any clock in clock out receipts. I’m hoping to get back pay. A friend of mine told me that labor and industries will pull all of their pay stubs. I know of two other employees who were paid solely in cash so they won’t have any pay stubs. I intend to blow every whistle I can on my old employer. I’m hoping it works well

I have not asked my employer for what I am owed. I’m going to wait and ask the agent I get assigned what they think. The anticipation is maddening. I want that place to get hit so hard legally they shut down.

Not to mention they didn’t offer breaks. Washington state, Seattle.
