finally put in my notice at my workplace with unrealistic expectations despite having to take a pay cut

I've worked at this new job for roughly 5 months because it was a $6 pay increase from my last job. It looked great on paper: 401k matching, paid lunches, flexible schedule. Yeah that 401k matching? 10% of 15% of your base salary. Yep, that's 1.5% matching, or roughly $600 annually if you contribute the full 15%. Paid lunches? Those are on duty lunches. Oh and here's the best part, the flexible schedule. Management requires 1 month notice of all time off requests. I had submit time off for the second week of August in June (2 months notice). Hadn't heard anything back from mgmt regarding approval/denial. Phone call last week and she says “Well I'm not sure about the schedule for then. If you don't hear from me by that day just assume it's been denied.” Not to mention: no PTO, vacation, or sick pay; employees being asked to…

Not to mention: no PTO, vacation, or sick pay; employees being asked to supply their own uniform (out of pocket, like buying a plain polo instead of receiving the official uniform) when mgmt forgets to order one for them

Just put in my notice and I'm going back to my previous (the one I was making $6 less at) and they offered me $4 more than what I was making there before (hence the $2 pay cut from my current salary).

I'm 21 years old and I always thought I would never go to a job where I'd be taking a pay cut, but I've learned that sometimes this shit is just not worth it, even with great pay.

TL;DR i'm leaving a really well paying job because they give no notice on time off request approval/denial until day of, among other issues that were not clear on paper
