Finally quit- exit interview.

After 3 months of hating every minute of it, seeing someone taking the promotion I worked so hard for and my requests for well defined roles and responsibilities being ignored for a year. I finally quit yesterday, I gave a few days notice… I should have quit the same day. My new manager wants me to show him what I do before I leave (train him) eff them… and HR wants to have an exit interview. Which I feel it’s a waste of time… Is it even worth the time to meet with HR and explain reasons of quitting? What is that about?
