I currently work as a scheduler with an incompetent electrical company. They’re constantly going through changes and expecting me to “evolve” with those changes. If I don’t remember my job, I get yelled at or my boss comes raging into my office. It stresses me out to a level of where I start shaking when he hands me my paycheck. I only had two days of training with this company and it all went out the window when they’re going through more changes… in December, they plan to flip the script all over again and I’m tired of this. I found a remote job that pays more and has growth potential. I rather get health insurance outside a company’s policy so I don’t have to worry about losing coverage in the future…
What do I do if my boss decides to refuse to give me my last paychecks or expect me to come to the office to pick them up? They’re is a guy there that loves to threaten people with violence and the manager is a raging douche bag… They both pulled a knife on me too without the intent to cause great bodily harm… but to prove some kind of a point…
