I want to start actively looking for a new job. One thing I was advised is to create a “work” email. My current main email I have had since my early teens, I literally have no idea how many accounts out there could be associated with my current email address.
First question, is there a free way for me to look up my address and see what accounts are out there?
Second question, if I do create a “work” email won’t potential employers think it is suspicious that I have very few accounts associated with that address? Should I create accounts with my work email to appear normal? For example create an Amazon, FB, Netflix all associated with my work email? Can potential employers see the length of time those accounts have been created or can they simply see that they exist?
