Anybody wanna tell me why…
If a company fires you they are somehow shocked at your audacity to leave immediately and not wanting to stay 3 or so more hours to finish the shift?
I thought it was logical that once a relationship is terminated, that's it. Sure, they will pay for hours worked but you've fired me. Why shouldn't I want to go do something else immediately.
For context, I'm living in western Europe.
Eff it all!
