So I am on probation.
I had a pre probation probation meeting today to get feedback with 3 weeks left on my probation to become a full time permanent employee.
My feedback was:
I laugh too much
I laugh too loud
I talk to colleagues between jobs about non work related stuff
I finish work on time too frequently and don't work free OT
now I just had my most productive month since starting and my team also had their most productive month…
So here I am working on my resume and cover letter looking for a new job because i laugh too much
