Fired for… reasons? Maybe? Trying to figure this out.

I’m currently living in the US (MN). So about a month ago I started working for a different bus company, this is my chosen profession, been doing it for years in various different situations. Completed a two week course with a training instructor, followed by a three week mentorship. During this time, very little negative feedback was given, aside from some tips and tricks given with adjusting to a new vehicle. On the last day of the mentorship (last Thursday, Friday I had off) my manager approached me, saying that a customer had a minor complaint, saying that my arm was near my head on occasion. This is true, as I am on the very high functioning autistic spectrum, one of the ways I manage it is just to put my arm up to my lower lip. It’s completely harmless, helps me focus, clear my head and helps with occasional anxiety, as is common in a new situation. It is by no means a safety hazard as it it infrequent, I have full visibility, one hand fully on the wheel at all times and often a knee for stability, never around turns or in potentially dangerous situations, basically only on long boring stretches, and is far less disruptive to driving as say drinking water or even looking in the rear mirrors. I explained this and offered solutions to stop doing it while driving if it was a concern. They seemed satisfied.

Fast forward to today, was expected to start solo driving, as everyone seemed very happy. Instead I got a call that I was getting let go, due to issues during training. I’m completely dumbfounded, as except for the one non-issue raised, things went perfectly, and even if it was an issue it never been even mentioned in nearly a decade of driving commercially or privately. There are no other things I can think of why this would happen, as they were fairly vague. I’m curious if this is more about the disability aspect than anything else. Would like people’s opinions, suggestions and will answer any questions.
