I work for The Major Retail Chain. You know, the blue one. Anyways, I guess our market has a problem with people not wanting to/not being able to work weekends. In an effort to curb this they’ve elected to punish those individuals by forcing them to work part time, even if they are available full time the rest of the week.
My familial schedule demands that my weekends remain open, and so I am one of these forced part time individuals.
I’m in the states in a very conservative right to work state. Is there any action, beyond leaving, that I can take?
