I was diagnosed with COVID last week, and found out my employer took 3 days of PTO for my time off. I didn’t have any, now I’m negative hours. Is this legal? I am required to pay back any PTO time that is negative should I be terminated. Something about this feels very wrong. I’m still sick and feel really shitty about this whole thing.
