From Within

I'm a strong advocate for workers rights, but my definition includes an understanding that we ultimately work for ourselves. Leadership should be dedicated to improving their individual team members skills and developing ability. They should then be responsible to adjust compensation based on workers skills. This perfect system should be universally adopted. Ranges should be communicated on hiring and roles should be defined carefully so both parties of the contract understand the mutual benefit of the process.
