I remember a couple years back I tried getting a job at In-N-Out. Minimum wage in my state was $11 at the time but In-N-Out was paying $13 so it attracted a lot of applicants. I applied on their website and got an email that they would like to set up an interview. I ended up having to do three interviews and I still got rejected. Waste of time much? The third interview was the fucking worst too because they group interviewed us and there were like five other guys there. I wouldn’t say I did terribly but the other applicants probably stood out more than I did so I never got the job. I just don’t understand why that In n out was so competitive just because it paid a bit more than other fast food jobs. I really don’t. And I don’t understand why people on this subreddit praise In n out so much. Just because they pay you a couple more dollars per hour and give you a free burger every shift? Wow cool I guess.
