Please discuss Employment through agencies is soul destroying in the construction industry in the uk and ireland. Absolutely shocking the way people are treated. My working life has been a nightmare . I’ve had a good workEthic in my last 3 jobs and have been let go as soon as the work is slowing down . Being laid off and laid on at the whim of the employer and the agency. It’s a sad life with absolutely no security living in fear of losing your job every day no matter how hard you work
