I was really excited about my adjunct position until I realized that it requires Full time efforts. I’m struggling my best to leverage assignment expectations and keep the content quality. Thing is I’m not available 24/7 for reiterating what I said in class. I don’t have an actual office to work or grade. I feel like if I had a kid going into college I wouldn’t want them at any institution that has part time staff managing what will be their full time vocations. This concerns me greatly.
