I'm so exhausted. The managers don't care if you over work yourself. All they care about is greed. I'm capped at where I work as a cook. The union sounded nice, but their perks don't do anything until October, but I am spent. Workers calling out and some leaving early. I get stuck with all the dishes as a cook. It doesn't make sense that they don't have a dishwasher or at least hire a part time dishwasher.
They only have 20 minute breaks too. At least where I am going they have two 15 minute breaks and 1 hour lunch. I can deal with that. I'm tired of resting only for one break and a half.
