Dang, this sucks.
Good thing I applied for paid medical leave [3 months, thanks wa state] today for an injury that started March 10th and years old chronic pain.
I had a full time 34hr a week job in childcare. I have worked there for 8+ years now…
I asked them for an accommodation. They asked for a doctor's note with restrictions.
I showed them the note today. My hours got cut from full time to barely part time <5-15/week>.
Probably at naptime. I am in childcare.
