Being all nice, giving them lots of notice even though I didn't feel like it… And they walked me out of the building like they were firing me and told me to take my vacation the next 2 weeks. Didnt even want to let me pack my stuff. Kinda surprised… I told my boss there were things I was trying to finish up before I left so he wasn't left totally hanging. Is this because they wanted me to leave so badly or is this just the new normal? I've actually left the same agency, different office, before and this didn't happen that way then.
