I had a situation where I changed my availability and my manager said i have to give a 15 day notice and he'll he understaffed. Then said next time he'll make me work. I told him the companies policy is 10 days which I've given and that I can't come in from other responsibilities
Anyway after this happend I agreed I'll try doing a 15 day notice in future when possible but it's not required
Now he wants me to fill in a form about to see what my motivations are?
