Getting fewer hours because I work too much

I work a lot for my workplace at several different positions and I'm generally a good employee. This often means that supervisors give you even more work to do, but it's the exact opposite for me. I am getting less and less shifts every month and it was recently confirmed to me by one of my supervisors that those in charge have been pushing for this. They don't want to fire me, but they feel like I work too much compared to my coworkers (which is true), so it's apparently only fair to limit the number of my shifts to make things more equal. This is a part-time job, so numbers of shifty vary every month. It also doesn't help that my workplace keeps constantly hiring more and more people, which then results in not enough shifts for anyone. They say they need more people, but it isn't true and…
