Getting fired due to new RTO policy that conflicts with my physical disability caused by overworking

I am getting fired from my job due to a physical disability (that I got from overworking) which causes severe pain when attempting to work using the office equipment rather than my arranged setup at home. Every single task that I do involves the computer exclusively. When I am at the office, I am on the computer all day and rarely have time to interact with people. I stopped coming into the office for a multitude of reasons, but primarily due to a real health issue that makes it excruciatingly painful to do work without my special desk arrangement at home (this cannot be replicated with the standard equipment used at the office).

I have no pain while working at home.

Even though we are severely understaffed. Even though I have put every fiber of my being into this job, developed chronic fatigue syndrome after overworking as I juggled the task load of multiple accountants. And even though every single person was working from home just fine at this job for 3 years straight. My boss has refused a reasonable doctor's-signed WFH accommodation. She threatened that I must either regularly come into the office building, or leave. No exceptions.

I am happy to leave this job. But the reason I accepted the offer to begin with was only because they had initially told me that I was able to fully work from home. I had turned down a different, fully remote position for this job. I left my previous job for a very similar reason (forced RTO, abusive management and impossible workload). I want to fucking scream because I hate everything and just needed a place to vent.
