getting hours cut for not pushing for sign ups enough

i’m a keyholder at a pet store in canada. we have a rewards program that’s pushed EXTREMELY hard by corporate. up until now our manager was pretty chill about it but she suddenly decided that we HAVE to get over 50% sign up rate every day. i’m autistic with social anxiety so it’s really really hard for me to even ask about making an account in the first place, let alone basically harass someone who has already said no (supposed to ask three times). manager said “we can’t take no for an answer.” my sign up rates are bad but im the only reliable keyholder, always on time, never cause problems, almost never call out. and she wants to cut my hours if my sign ups don’t go up. i fucking hate North American retail culture so much. why is is expected to harass and bug customers until they fucking…
