My boss pays me over the table for the 40 regular hours and then makes me Venmo request her for overtime. But she only pays me 1X for overtime and not 1.5X.
She’s a millionaire and I struggle to afford my car payment. Will quit in a month. No notice. Will also be reporting her to the labor department for the overtime.
I’m so tired of this. My overtime would not make any difference in her life. But those 300/400 dollars more every month would mean having savings and maybe getting myself a nice haircut for once.
