I bring it up with my employee and they always complain that I’m on their back a lot when it’s indeed upper management. They also tell me things that were said in management meetings that I suppose my said but never said. I’m only still here because I need 2 years of employment for a house I want to buy. I just hit my 2 year mark here. How important is that to a mortgage lender? Can I just quit get a new job and still apply for a mortgage at the end of the year?
