My (19m) gf (20f) hasn’t been scheduled for 3 weeks. We work at the same job. I’ve luckily been scheduled but she hasn’t. When she did work, they’d ALWAYS send her home early, like 2 hours into the shift. I assume she was constructively dismissed. Our managers/supervisors are very immature and have talked behind her back in front of me, meaning they don’t like her for some reason. The hostility in the workplace is a different story. Most advice on Reddit says to file for unemployment. She recently moved here to California from Texas. We’ve worked at our job since the start of May, working part time. I’m not sure if these factors will affect anything. She’s emailed and called with no response either so she was never formally fired and doesn’t know why she’s not getting scheduled.
