I usually never post or comment on anything here, I mostly just read stuff, so excuse me if I’m missing any sort of tag.
My girlfriend has a retail job where she unloads trucks and stocks shelves. She is there a few days a week and has to show up at 5:00 am. She makes minimum wage, which we thought everybody there was making, but then she found out that the 5:00 am crew is supposed to be making 15 dollars an hour. We checked her most recent pay stub and her hourly rate is still minimum wage.
I don’t know what the next course of action should be, so I decided to come to the experts. What should I do?
