I found out yesterday that I had been removed from the work WhatsApp group, i messaged my boss and a few coworkers to ask if it was a mistake, no reply. I also asked my boss about how many holiday hours i still had to take and got no answer from them either.
How to handle this situation? The place is run by a committee (only 1 person in this committee is “active” and acts like the boss)
Edit: the only reason I can think of is telling my boss that I do not appreciate my timesheets being edited after the fact to say I worked less hours than what I did.
